This weeks project for She's A Sassy Lady, my Circle Contest Entry.

Hello Everyone, this is my post for She's a Sassy Lady this week.  I am excited to show you a little something I created for one of the Cricut Circle contests.  It is a mini album with graduated pages.  My daughter's 11th birthday is coming up and I am planning on taking lots of pics, and needed something to put them in.  This album would be great in  many different colors, but I chose pinks, blues and greens, because she is having a sleep over and it's going to be a very girly girl party complete with a trip to Build a Bear.

I created it using my Gypsy and the following carts, Cake Basics, Designers Calendar, George, My Community, and Song bird, and Give a Hoot for most of the embellies.

Using My Community, choose the notebook cut and put on the 1st page of your Gypsy.  I made this 6X8.

The next page, I left the notebook at 6x8, but added a small rectangle from George.

The 3rd page I made the note book 7x8.
(sorry pic is rotated, and didn't know how to fix, showed up fine in paint)

I continued to add pages to my Gypsy, making each on a little wider than the previous one.  I also added a bigger tab to one, and scallops to another.  There are 7 pages total, but you can add as many as you like.

I cut these pages from very thin chipboard and covered in cardstock, then I proceeded to embellish each page. Putting in my picture mats, but taking care to leave the embellishments unglued where they overlap the mat.

the deer is from Give a Hoot, Happy Birthday is from Cake Basics.

I included pockets and journaling tags.

Celebrate was done with Cake basics, the animals are from Give a Hoot, and the tree is in the cut file.

When the album was completed, I added the page rings and lots of ribbon.

Hope you enjoyed my album, and you can get the Gypsy file by clicking on the tab at the top of the page for Gypsy and Cut files.  It's titled Give A Hoot Mini Album.  Until next time, and thanks again Sheila for allowing me to be a guest designer, it really challenges me.

Beth.
