The theme for the blog hop is either "Green" because of Earthday, or a Birthday theme. I opted for the "Green".
The whole time I was doing my post for the blog hop I kept thinking of the John Candy movie The Great Outdoors. It was one of the funniest movie I've ever seen. Actually a classic really. The part where the raccoons were talking about what was in hot dogs, too funny! And then there was the part where he ate the old 96er. So the whole time I am chuckling to myself while crafting away. I bought the Campin Critters Cricut cartridge awhile back and this is the first time I used it. I really was drawn to this cart, especially with the 3-D images. Love the backpack and the Tent. Here is a simple layout I did with it. Hope you like it.
After I took these pics, I realized the bunny was creeping me out with his blank stare. I really need to get some of those googly eyes everyone is using for just such an emergency.
While I am posting, I also thought I would share my entries for the Provocraft E2 Challenge contest they are having for the launch of the E2 on HSN on Tuesday 4-26 You could enter up to 3 layouts and they needed to have a Birthday theme in honor of the 5 Year Anniversary of the Cricut. Here are my 3 entries.
For this one I used Graphic 45 Once upon a Spring paper.
This one I used my Imagine to print some papers to match the Webster Pages I used from Life is Beautiful.
The next blog on the hop is http://www.youhadmeatcraft.blogspot.com/.
Glad you could visit me today, and if you get a chance rent The Great Outdoors with John Candy, Funny Stuff.
